Appetizers & Soup

  • Crab Cakes - Two crab cakes on a bed of greens and cucumber served with cocktail or tartar sauce.

  • Mussels Marinara - A dozen mussels sautéed in olive oil and garlic deglazed with white wine and finished with House marinara.
  • Soup of the Day - Available by cup or bowl.  Chili is also available daily.

Grand Salads

  • Shrimp Caesar Salad - Traditional Caesar salad with chilled shrimp.
  • Grand House Salad - Fresh crisp greens with tomato, cucumber, and black olives topped with Romano.

Available dressings are Homemade, 1000 Island, Balsamic, Italian, Ranch, Blue Cheese, and Oil & Vinegar.

Pasta

The Chef's pasta of the day tossed with your favorite sauce.

  • White Clam - Clams in garlic, olive oil, white wine sauce.
  • Red Clam - Clams in garlic marinara.
  • Beef Ragu - Marinara with beef and spices.
  • Lemon Scallop - Scallops in olive oil with lemon & herbs.

All pasta served with House salad.

Dinner Features

All dinners come with a choice of potato (mashed, baked, French fried) or pasta marinara and vegetable of the day.

POLLO:

  • Lemon caper:  sauté breast in a lemon caper wine sauce.
  • Romano:  Breast dipped in Romano batter sauté in olive oil.
  • Marsalla:  Sauté breast with mushrooms finished with a marsalla sauce.
  • Traditional: Pan-fried breast served with pan gravy.

VITELLO:

  • Parmagiana:  Breaded veal topped with marinara and provolone.
  • Piccatta:  Batter-dipped, sautéed in olive oil with caper sauce.
  • Marsala:  Dusted veal sautéed with mushrooms in a marsalla demi glaze.

SEAFOOD:

  • Shrimp Scampi:  Black tiger shrimp sauté in a scampi garlic butter served over pasta.
  • Tilapia:  Grilled or sautéed to perfection with herb butter.
    Romano:  Tilapia dipped in Romano batter fried and sautéed
                     in olive oil.
    Lemon Caper:  Tilapia sautéed in lemon caper wine sauce.
    Almandine:  Pan fried Tilapia topped with roasted almonds
                         and butter.
  • Lobster Ravioli:  Ravioli stuffed with tender Maine lobster and ricotta cheese, served with garden fresh tomato and basil sauce.

BEEF:

  • Petit fillet broiled to your liking served with sautéed butter and mushrooms.

Desserts

  • Housemade Gelato - Made fresh daily.  Vanilla and Chocolate always, other flavors vary daily.
  • Cakes, Pies - Carrot cake, Spice cake, Chocolate cake, Lemon Meringue pie, Coconut, Cherry pie, Apple pie, Peach pie.  Also available ala mode.
  • Sundaes - Housemade gelato with chocolate or caramel sauce and whipped cream.
  • The Grand Waffle - A warm malted waffle topped with our gelato and chocolate and caramel sauce.
