Presenting The Grand Residence |
The Grand Residence is a three-story building comprised of 70 guest suites and host to many unique amenities. The spacious suites range in size from approximately 400 square-foot efficiencies to 660 square-foot one-bedroom suites. All suites feature a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, and sink; full private bathroom; and individual climate control.
The common areas are sumptuously designed to express the ultimate in luxury and convenience. The lobbies on all three stories feature lovely, inviting fireplaces. Hallways feature intimate seating areas for guests who wish to engage in solitary activities or mingle with family or friends.
The inviting library offers guests the opportunity to lose themselves in a fiction novel, follow current events in the newspaper, or manage their stocks with Internet access. For guests wishing to enjoy a good book in the fresh air, the covered porches host comfortable benches and rocking chairs.
